ITs DRIZZLING AGAIN IN KULLU-MANALI...
It was quite sunny in the morning but the thick cloud has again spread out over in the sky.Probably it'll rain in the night ans snow may fall in higer peaks.The picture you see is of Bekhli village right above Kullu town.
